Volunteers Make It Happen

Mike Regennitter

Mercedes-Benz Club of America is the largest car club of the M-B marque in the world. We have the best members who enjoy all-things Mercedes.

With that, MBCA is also the largest Mercedes-Benz volunteer organization in the world. The club has more than 600 volunteers who give their time and talents to ensure that members receive an exceptional experience that aligns with the brand. They make it happen.

You make a difference

If you are one of the current 600-plus volunteers or have volunteered in the past, we as members are grateful.

You make a difference. Your generosity has had a profound and lasting impact on the club. Your willingness to share both your time and your talent by volunteering speaks volumes. Your willingness to give selflessly to help others enjoy their MBCA experience will leave an impressive legacy.

When you volunteer, you are making a commitment to share the most precious of resources – your time – to help members enjoy endless benefits.

While many of you choose to volunteer selflessly and without expectation of being recognized or rewarded, I wish to do just that today. I want to express how much your dedication is appreciated. Whether you are a long-time volunteer or whether you got involved relatively recently – and regardless of how many hours you can give, it's essential for you to know that what you do makes a difference.

To all of our National Board, Committees and Section board members – and all the local-event volunteers – Thank You!

Take time to thank a volunteer

Without members, there is no club. Without volunteers, there are no events. I would encourage members who attend section, regional, or national events to take the time to thank those who have given their time to volunteer. Thank them for getting up early to stage the event, host a session, or greet you at the registration table. Kindness will go a long way to ensure we foster an unforgettable experience.

Are you interested in volunteering?

Are you interested in helping? Great news! There are countless opportunities to help members like you experience the best.

I would encourage you to reach out to your section leaders and ask how you might contribute to the success of the section by enlisting as a volunteer. Or, reach out to your regional director, director at large, or executive committee member to express your desire to join the volunteer list. They'll be able to get you in touch with the right people.
